(PRESS RELEASE) — FAST TRACK, the innovative and powerful CRM platform and services provider, has been shortlisted in three categories at the prestigious EGR B2B Awards 2019.
FAST TRACK, which launched its standalone platform in December to the wider iGaming industry, has been put forward for Acquisition and Retention Partner, Multi-Channel Supplier and White Label Partner.
This will see it go up against some of the most established companies in the industry, including the likes of Betgenius, Playtech, Scientific Games and Dragonfish.
It has been an incredibly busy year for FAST TRACK, with the official launch of its real-time CRM platform at ICE London leading to talks with more than 130 operators.
FAST TRACK CRM allows online gaming operators to manage all aspects of player engagement from one place and, most importantly, in real-time.
The platform allows for more efficient ways of working that frees up time for CRM teams to spend on planning and analysing campaigns, thus making them more effective and successful.
It is the first CRM platform built for the iGaming industry and boasts the power and flexibility to keep pace with an industry that is constantly evolving.
Before being launched as a standalone product, it was used as part of FAST TRACK’s technology and management services provided to online casino brands Metal Casino, Ikibu and Casino Calzone.
